Biography
Bengala, a Mexican alternative rock band was formed in 2003 in Mexico City. They began their career performing at local venues before moving on to larger stages and major festival appearances in Mexico. In 2006, Bengala released their self-titled debut album, which was produced by Emmanuel del Real of Café Tacvba alongside Tony Peluso. The album included notable songs such as "Carretera" and "Miente" and was nominated for Best Rock/Alternative Album at the Latin Grammy Awards in 2007. Throughout their career, Bengala shared stages with international acts such as The Killers and Franz Ferdinand.
