Aya Hirano, born on 8 October 1987 in Nagoya, Aichi Prefecture, is a Japanese actor, voice actor, and singer. She began her career in entertainment at an early age, joining Tokyo Child Theatrical Group in 1998. Her breakthrough moment came in 2006 when she voiced Haruhi Suzumiya in the anime Suzumiya Haruhi no YÅ«utsu, which significantly boosted her popularity. Hirano's first EP, åéºã§ããã§ãã?, was released in April 2006, and included the theme song "BÅken Desho Desho?". She continued to release singles such as "ææ¥ã®ããªãºã " (September 2006) and "æå¼·ãã¬ãã¬ã¼ã" (November 2006). Her subsequent albums include ã¹ãã¼ãâã¹ã¿ã¼ (November 2009), AYA MUSEUM (May 25, 2011), and Vivid (February 19, 2014). She won the Seiyu Award for Best Rookie Actress in 2007 and the Seiyu Awards Singing Award in 2008. She also voiced notable characters such as Konata Izumi in LuckyâStar, Lucy Heartfilia in Fairy Tail, and Misa Amane in Death Note. Her career saw significant milestones, including performances at Animelo Summer Live from 2006 to 2008 and the Suzumiya Haruhi no GekisÅ concert in March 2007.
