Kouta Kuroda, professionally known as Aqu3ra, is a Japanese pop singer and producer who began posting vocaloid tracks on 8â¯Decemberâ¯2018 with "Sleeping Awake". The cover of "Henceforth" soon surpassed one million views. In 2019, he released "Chocolate Milk" under the alias Apuera, and his 2020 song "Lonely Universe" reached the same milestone on YouTube. Aqu3ra signed with MAISON des in 2021, contributing vocals to "Grumpy", and in 2022 produced "Futakoito" for FAKY, which became a campaign song for the film Ox-Head Village. Later that year he launched his debut album planetarium and released the singles "Grumpy" (2021) and "Ice Drop" (2022). In 2024 he performed his first solo live show, Aquarium, and in 2025 supplied the song "Hoshi Furu Umi" for the Netflix anime film Cho Kaguyahime!.
