Antoine Silverman is an American violinist who began classical training at age three. By five, he was playing bluegrass with his father, folk guitarist Jerry Silverman. At 14, Silverman started exploring jazz. He has performed and recorded across genres including bluegrass, jazz, country, and classical. Notable roles include solo performances with the Boston Pops in 2009 and concertmaster for the Broadway musical Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark (2011-2014). Silverman has collaborated with artists like Garth Brooks, Moby, and Michael Jackson. His solo albums include Swing Shift (1998) and Blue Moods (2001). In 2012, he portrayed Einstein in the revival of Philip Glass's opera Einstein on the Beach.
