Andru Donalds, born on 16 November 1974 in Kingston, Jamaica, is a musician and composer known as a solo artist and for working as a singer for new age group Enigma. His first significant step on the music ladder was meeting music producer Eric Foster White, who had previously worked with notable artists such as Frank Sinatra and Britney Spears. Together, they produced Andru Donalds' self-titled debut album in 1994, which included the singles "Mishale" and "Save Me Now". His second album, Damned if I Don't, was released in 1998 and featured the song "Somebody's Baby", which appeared on the soundtrack of the film Good Will Hunting. In April 1998, he joined Enigma, a German musical project. With Enigma, he contributed to multiple tracks, including "The Screen Behind the Mirror" (2000) and "Voyageur Boum-Boum" (2003). His third studio album Snowin' Under My Skin (1999) included the singles "All Out of Love" (a cover version of Air Supply's hit) and "Simple Obsession". In 2006, he released his best-of compilation titled Best Of, which included the singles "Dreamer" and "Let The Stars Fall Down". Trouble in Paradise followed in 2011. He continued to put out singles sporadically over the years, including "Simple to Love" in 2025.
