Biography
Aicelle Anne Coronel Santos-Zambrano, known as Aicelle Santos, was born on February 24, 1985, in Manila, Philippines. She began her musical training at six and initially aspired to be a pianist. Santos' first significant exposure came through her participation in ABS-CBN's Star in a Million (2003). In 2005, she joined GMA Networkâs Pinoy Pop Superstar, achieving eight straight wins. She released her debut album, Make Me Believe (2007), under GMA Records. Notable singles include "Ikaw Pa Rin" and "Kapangyarihan ng Pag-ibig" (2015). Santos won Best Performance of Own Country Song at the Astana Music Festival in Kazakhstan (2006) and was recognized as People's Choice Best New Female Artist at the 2007 Awit Awards. She also ventured into acting, starring in various musicals including Rak of Aegis.
