Biography

31 Minutos is a Chilean music group formed in 2003 who originated from the television series 31 minutos, created by Álvaro Díaz, Pedro Peirano, and Juan Manuel Egaña under the production company Aplaplac. The show aired on Televisión Nacional de Chile (TVN) and featured humorous events involving puppets, parodying the news program 60 minutos. 31 Minutos released their debut album, 31 minutos, in July 2003, followed by 31 canciones de amor y una canción de Guaripolo in 2004. The group's music gained significant popularity, leading to tours throughout Chile and Mexico. Subsequent releases include Gira Mundial (2013) and Calurosa Navidad (2025).
