Biography

Born in Queens, New York, on March 31, 1978, Marvin Bernard is better known as Tony Yayo. A member of the G-Unit collective with his childhood friends 50 Cent and Lloyd Banks, he achieved success with the track "So Seductive", taken from his debut album Thoughts of a Predicate Felon (2005). The duet with 50 Cent reached No. 48 on the U.S. charts and No. 28 in the U.K., while the album peaked at No. 2 on the Billboard 200 and sold a million copies worldwide. After collaborations with DJ Whoo Kid, Tony Yayo recorded around twenty mixtapes, including Hawaiian Show with Danny Brown (2010), until the release in 2023 of the album 134 Tape.
