Biography
Vadek is a rapper from Nantes born in 2002. He began to make a name for himself in 2019 with the release of his first project Polyvalent, followed in 2020 by Polyvalent 2. That same year, he won the Buzz Booster national springboard, then joined the iNOUïS du Printemps de Bourges in 2021. He benefits from several support schemes, including Le Chantier des Francofolies, Transversales, FAIR and Trempo. In 2022, he takes part in Nouvelle Ãcole (Netflix), an experience he recalls in the song "Spears". In May 2023, he released PACK, a short project, followed by the Du Temps EP, conceived as a rap opera, sound designed by Demas and produced as a video by Hugo Durand. The tracks "Sin City", "Diable", "Tu sais", "Perdu" and "Spears" reveal his dark, introspective universe. His style blends melodic rap and personal narrative, with cinematic production that intertwines strings, piano and saxophone. Vadek continues his artistic evolution on stage and in the studio, working with the independent label Dalia.
