Ulises Hadjis, born on October 24, 1982, in Maracaibo, Venezuela, is a singer-songwriter. He started playing drums and guitar at a young age and joined the ska band Julia at 17, recording their first LP Combo Tropical Contemporáneo in 2003. In 2006, he joined Furia De Buzo Ciego, releasing a self-titled album in 2007. Hadjis launched his solo career with Presente (2008), which received critical acclaim. His subsequent albums include Cosas Perdidas (2012), which earned him three nominations at the 2012 Latin Grammy Awards, including Best New Artist and Best Alternative Album, and Pavimento (2015). He has collaborated with various artists, such as Juan Manuel Torreblanca on "That City" (2013) and Samantha Dagnino on "Si No Te Vas Mañana (Llévatelo Todo)" (2014). In 2021, he released El Mundo y la Nada under the band Zona en Reclamación in 2024.
