Tom Oren, born on November 4, 1994 in Tel Aviv, Israel, is a pianist known for his work in classical music. He graduated from Thelma Yellin High School of the Arts and the Arison Campus of the Arts, both in Tel Aviv, before earning honors at the Israeli Conservatory of Music. Oren began his musical journey studying jazz and contemporary music at the Rimon School and later at Boston's Berklee College of Music on a scholarship. In 2018, Tom Oren gained significant recognition by winning the Thelonious Monk Institute of Jazz International Piano Competition. This achievement included a $25,000 scholarship and a recording contract with Concord Music.
