Tizzy Bac, a Taiwanese independent band established in 1999, consists of Huiting Chen as the vocalist and keyboardist, Zheyu Xu as the bassist, and Qianyuan Lin as the drummer. Initially formed by Chen, Xu, and another drummer Kaizheng Zheng, the band is known for its unique "piano rock" style, largely due to their absence of a guitarist and reliance on keyboards, mainly piano sounds, for melodies. Their style has evolved from including jazz elements in their early works to more rock-oriented sounds after Lin joined. The band, sometimes humorously referring to themselves as a "high school exam under nerve-racking conditions" due to a translation mishap with their French-inspired name, has become a prominent figure in Taiwan's music scene. Sadly, bassist Zheyu Xu passed away from cancer on January 23, 2018. Despite such a loss, Tizzy Bac continues to produce music, including the albums 知人 (Acquaintance ) in 2018 and Human Error in 2022. In February 2025, they released the track "愛的多重宇宙 (Multiverse of love)" for the series I Am Married...But!.
