Terry Radigan, born in Brooklyn, New York, is an American country music singer. Raised by her grandparents from age four after her mother's cancer diagnosis, Radigan formed her own band and performed in local clubs during high school. Her debut single "Half a Million Teardrops" was released via Asylum Records in 1995, produced by Brian Ahern, who had previously worked with Emmylou Harris. The track received favorable reviews from Billboard, which praised Radigan's vocal style and compared her to Harris. After leaving Asylum Records, Radigan contributed songs to albums by Trisha Yearwood, Patty Loveless, and Trick Pony. In 2000, she released the album Radigan through Vanguard Records, co-produced with Justin Niebank and guitarist Kenny Greenberg. The album received positive reviews from People magazine, which highlighted Radigan's lyrics and her rendition of "When It Comes to You".
