Biography

Suat Suna, born on May 26, 1975, in Istanbul, Turkey, is a Turkish singer. Introduced to music by his violinist father, Suat Suna began playing the violin at four and later taught himself guitar. He studied classical Western music and violin at Saint Benoit Koleji and the University of Istanbul. His breakthrough came in 1993 through Pop Show Yarisma, where three of his compositions reached the final round. Suat Suna's debut album Ansızın Çektin Gittin was released that same year, featuring hits like "Ansızın Çektin Gittin" and "Acılar İçindeyim". The album sold over a million copies in Turkey. Throughout his career, he has released numerous albums including Sözüne Kanmam (1994), Hasret Fenerleri (1995), Rüyam ve Sen (1996), Yapamam Sensiz (1997), Yolun Açık Olsun (1999), Sana Haksızlık Ettim (2000), Su Damlası (2002), Leyla (2004), 10 (2006), and Aşkın Adı (2009). He has also written and arranged songs for other Turkish singers and composers.
