Biography

Spira Spica, a Japanese pop group from Nara Prefecture, formed in 2013 as Snowman by guitarist Yūji Teraniji and bassist Masuda, later adding vocalist Mikiha from Osaka University. Their first single "Good For Nothing" (March 2015) and mini‑album Snow Wonderland established early local recognition. In 2018 the band rebranded as Spira Spica, signed with Sacra Music, and released the major debut single "Start Dash" (8 August 2018), used as the second ending theme for Gundam Build Divers. Subsequent releases included "Re:RISE" (23 October 2019), the title track serving as the opening theme for Gundam Build Divers Re:Rise. The group issued singles "Chiisana Yuuki" (6 March 2019), "Koi wa Miracle" (29 May 2019), and "Sansan Days" (9 January 2022), the latter opening My Dress‑Up Darling. In 2020 they released EP Sayonara Namida / Hoshi No Kakera, and in 2025 issued "アオとキラメキ".
