Solo Dos is a Swiss Latin hip-hop group formed by brothers Thony Vega and Isaias Vega. The duo emerged from the Swiss-based hip-hop collective Double Pact. Singing in Spanish, French, and English, their music reflected their Dominican roots. The group released its debut studio album, Barrio Story, in July 2005 through Universal Music Switzerland. In 2007, their song âLo Quiere toâ was featured on the soundtrack of the United States television series Ugly Betty. Their music was also included in the independent film The Dead Girl, which was directed by Karen Moncrieff. Subsequent releases include the album Cocolo Juice (2008), which featured collaborations with international artists such as Orishas, Aventura, and Patrice. The duo toured Switzerland, France, and Spain alongside artists such as Sergent Garcia.
