Koh Kwon-woo, known as SAMO KHIYOTA, is a South Korean music producer born in 1988. He serves as the main director of the Yancey Club, a jazz club that features hip hop. He creates music by reassembling recorded improvisational performances from the club. These sources, which are played at different times, are sampled and combined into a single track, resulting in a new form of instrumental music that also embodies the principles of hip hop composition. His single "Spring Is Here ! (The Sound of Yancey Club 2)," released on February 3, 2025, entered Melon's Top 500 chart at number 191 on February 11.
