Biography
Phobia Isaac is a rapper from Algeria, whose real name is Isaac Saad Eddin, from the suburbs of the capital, Algiers, where he was born in 1993. He began his career in 2011, but didn't really make a name for himself until 2013. His melancholy lyrics quickly earned him the nickname "El Bouma", or "The Owl", since the animal is a symbol of sadness, darkness, solitary retreat and melancholy. Phobia Isaac has become one of Algeria's most popular rappers thanks to the success of several of his tracks, including his duet with Mok Saib , "El Ghorba", as well as "Darwich", "Poca", "Chernobyl " and "Fantasia". In 2023, he released the album Eklektika, featuring tracks such as "Matador " with Fouzi Torino and "Alam " with Zedk. Other guest artists on this 20-track project include Youppi, Albaa, Prince Polo, Wassim W.S.N., K1llam, Nuinzo and MC Boy and MC Pissco.
