A soul jazz and funk trio, Parlor Greens is made up of organist Adam Scone, member of Stone Cash Players and The Sugarman 3, guitarist Jimmy James, of The True Loves and Delvon Lamarr Organ Trio, and drummer Tim Carman, of GA-20. The group, formed in Loveland, Ohio, combines the soul jazz spirit of the 1960s with the muscular funk sound of the 1970s on their organic debut album, In Green We Dream (2024), featuring such iconic instrumentals as "West Memphis", "Driptorch" and "200 Dollar Blues". In 2026, the trio followed up with Emeralds, No. 6 on the Billboard Contemporary Jazz Albums chart and No. 20 on the Billboard Jazz chart, featuring an instrumental version of "Jolene".
