Otoya Kichiemon is a Japanese rock/pop unit formed in the spring of 2006 as an acoustic unit by Masanori Sera and Yoshio Nomura, and made its major debut on January 30, 2008 with the single " Yatterman no Uta ". Their sound is based on the J-Pop/Rock genre, and is a fusion of Western and Japanese music covers and original compositions, centered around the acoustic guitar. The members consisted of Masanori Sera (Vo/Gt) and Yoshio Nomura (Gt/Vo). Their debut single " Yatterman no Uta " (2008), the theme song for the TV anime "Yatterman," garnered attention by reaching No. 38 on the Oricon weekly chart, and on December 24 of that year, they released the official Tatsunoko Production cover album " Under Cover: Tatsunoko Songs" ( 2008). 2015 On August 26, he released the live album " Otokonota" (2015), featuring acoustic covers of classic songs.
