Daweny Neftaly Peralta Fabián, known professionally as OMAY and previously as OMGisNEFF, is a Dominican urban artist based in Madrid whose releases moved from melodic reggaeton toward sharper, hook-first singles. He began issuing music under the OMGisNEFF name in the early 2020s, including âEl Mismo que Nuncaâ (2021), then followed with âMil Febrerosâ (2022), a song that established his mix of diaristic writing and club-ready rhythms. In 2023, he kept building with singles such as âDE MI PAâ MI CORAâ and âPERREANDO CON ALGUIEN QUE NO ME GUSTA,â then entered a more structured project phase in 2024 with the EPs QCEO and X SI TODAVÃA NO LO SABES, alongside standalone tracks like âMURAKAMI.â In early 2025 he formally switched the stage name to OMAY, launching the new era with âKUIKIâ (2025), then continuing the run with âYA ENTENDÃâ with B10 and Neverknwn and additional 2025 singles including âKARIBÃ,â âMi BeiBi,â and âRATONCITA.â He capped that year with a headline show at Sala UNI in Madrid on November 14, 2025, turning the OMAY rebrand into a clear live milestone.
