Shinobu Okada is a Japanese female enka singer, born on November 29, 1976 in Ota City, Gunma Prefecture. She began singing at an early age and started taking lessons around the age of seven. In 1999, she debuted with the single "Echigo Koi Uta" from Nippon Columbia, and after 2008, she released seven singles including "Onna Kaikyo Monogatari". After releasing seven singles including "Onna Kaikyo Monogatari" in 2008, she moved to Tichiku Entertainment in 2018 and made her major label debut with "Inochi Oshakete" (Leave Your Life with Me), followed by "Konna Watashi Wa I'm Fine" in 2019, "Yume Kiri" in 2020, and "Shigure Kaikyo" in 2021, and "Yuki no Nanbu Saka" in 2023. Nanbu-zaka" will be released in 2023. And "Beni no Ijiki" follows in October 2024.
