Biography
OGIII is an artist originally from Martinique, who migrated to the Paris region at the age of 14. Passionate about music since his teens, he made his official debut in 2023, releasing several singles before unveiling his first EP, God Bless. This project, mixing rap and electro, was co-produced with beatmaker Mksa and marked the beginning of his musical universe. In 2024, OGIII embarked on an ambitious triptych project entitled +596, a tribute to his Martinican roots. The concept explores a wide range of Afro-Caribbean, rap and electro sounds, while integrating several languages: French, English, Martinican Creole and Spanish. The first part of this triptych, +596: WELCOME, released in October 2023, lays the foundations for this new artistic direction. It serves as an introduction to a musical and narrative story, against a backdrop of immersion in Martinican culture and identity.
