Biography
Obsidian Kingdom, a Spanish music band formed in Barcelona in 2005, is known for their hard-to-classify heavy sound. The band was originally founded by guitarist Rider G Omega and drummer Croma LAN Ro, later joined by guitarist Prozoid Zeta JSI, bassist Fatal Error Pl\:A\n, and singer Saten Haz Im Nu. Their debut EP, Matter, was released in 2007, followed by 3:11 in 2010. The band's lineup underwent significant changes before stabilizing with keyboard player Zer0 Ãmeour Ãggdrasil, drummer Ojete Mordaza II, and bassist Fleast Race OâUden. In November 2012, they released the concept album Mantiis, which received positive reviews and featured guest appearances by Fiar and Nicholas Dominic Talvola. The band signed with Season of Mist in April 2014 and embarked on a European tour headlined by Sólstafir. In March 2016, they released their third album, A Year With No Summer, followed by Meat Machine in 2020.
