Biography
Northern Kings, a Finnish symphonic metal music group, was formed in 2007 and comprised four well-known musicians, such as Jarkko Ahola from Teräsbetoni, Marko Hietala from Tarot, Tony Kakko from Sonata Arctica, and Juha-Pekka Leppäluoto from Charon. Their debut single "We Don't Need Another Hero" was released in 2007, followed by their first album Reborn. In late 2008, they released their second album Rethroned, which included the single "Kiss from a Rose". The band went on hiatus after releasing the single "Lapponia" in 2010. They made a comeback in 2022 with a performance at the Tuhdimmat Tahdit festival in Nokia, Finland.
