Biography

Raised in Colorado Springs, Colorado, the Nashville-based contemporary Christian musician Natalie Layne grew up surrounded by music and worship: her mother sang and led worship and her father played bass and trombone. She later emerged on the scene with her debut full-length, Be Human, in July 2020 and quickly made a name for herself for her soulful R&B-tinged outpourings underpinned by a profound sense of spirituality. Co-written with Phoebe Scott, Jay Speight, Cooper Bascom, and Ross King, her Castles EP arrived in 2021 with singles "Love Me Back to Life" and "Amen" following in 2022 and 2023, respectively. "Amen" gave Natalie Layne her first chart victory: in 2023 the single cracked the Top 50 Radio Christian Songs chart in the US. Included in the six track Amen EP, the pop song "Grateful Song" was a favorite of streaming platforms before the release of the EP All Joy and the album of the same name in 2025, including the hit "All Joy", number 36 in Radio Christian Songs chart.
