Born on 3 June 1998 in Luton, England Myles Smith is a pop-folk singer and songwriter who cut his teeth posting cover songs on TikTok in 2020. In 2022, his acoustic take on The Neighbourhood's "Sweater Weather" hit the viral highs of TikTok and was released as an official single in February 2023. He continued to catch a buzz with subsequent cover songs such as "I Found" by Amber Run, ultimately paving the way for a record deal with Sony's RCA Records. In March 2024, he dropped his debut EP, You Promised A Lifetime, which landed at number 30 on the UK Albums Downloads Chart. However, it was with the release of follow-up single "Stargazing" that people really started to take note. The breakthrough single rose to number nine on the UK Singles Chart and kicked his career into gear. He released two new singles in 2024â"Wait for You" and "Whisper"âbefore unleashing his second EP that November, A Minute... Follow-up LP, A Minute, A Moment, saw the light in 2025, with guest artists including Lainey Wilson and James Bay.
