Biography

Mike Viola, a versatile producer, musician, and songwriter, gained prominence through collaborations with Panic! at the Disco, Andrew Bird, and Ryan Adams, alongside his own solo work. He first led the cult-favorite band Candy Butchers before releasing eight critically acclaimed solo albums. Violaâs music has appeared in films like That Thing You Do! and Walk Hard: The Dewey Cox Story. From 2019, he released standout albums The American Egypt, Godmuffin, and Paul McCarthy.
