Liu Meilin, born on April 26, 1995, in Harbin, Heilongjiang, China, is a pop singer. She gained prominence in 2012 after participating in the television music show ææ¯ä¼ å¥ and releasing the single "è¶
è¶å¯è½" (2012). Her debut album, 该ä¸è¯¥é¿å¤§ (2013), won the Recommended Album award at the Music Radio Awards in 2014, making Liu the youngest artist to receive this honor at 19 years old. In 2016, she won the Golden Song award for her performance of the Russian folk song "Katiusha" on the TV show çä¸è±é, and recorded the Chinese version of "How Far I'll Go" for the movie Moana. Her second album, éæ¥çæ³æ² (2017), was released the following year.
