Biography

Lust Control, a Christian thrash punk band, was formed in 1988 in the United States by Doug Van Pelt, Maury Millican, Philip Owens, and Paul Q-Pek, and maintained anonymity with pseudonyms and ski masks. Their debut release This is a Condom Nation (1988) received positive reviews despite its controversial subject matter, followed by Dancing Naked in 1989. Lust Control's explicit lyrics on sexual purity drew both praise and criticism, earning them the title The Worst Christian Band of the Decade from HM Magazine. Other notable albums include Fun Fun Feeling (1991), We Are Not Ashamed (1992), Feminazi (1994), The Worst Of... (2000) and Tiny Little Dots (2013).
