Biography

Los DelTonos, a rock group from Muriedas, Cantabria, Spain, was formed in 1986. The band initially consisted of Hendrik Röver on guitar, Chewis Herrero on bass, and Juanjo Velasco on drums. They began as a high school band named Adrenalina and later went through several name changes before settling on Los Del Tonos after winning the Marejada 87 contest in 1986. Their first EP, Los DelTonos, was released in 1989, followed by their first LP, Tres hombres enfermos (1990), which included the hit song "(Soy un) Hombre enfermo". Legal issues with their label led to a hiatus, but they returned in 1996 with Rien Mejor, which was released in 1997. In 2003, Los DelTonos released Sólido, which included the popular track "Horizonte Eléctrico", marking a significant recovery in their fan base. Their subsequent album, GT (2005), featured introspective songs like "Brindemos" and "Gasolina".
