Comprising Shuto Haga (18), Shunta Kondo (17), Miro Takaoka (16), Riku Morita, Sosei Takeda (14), and Masayuki Takakuwa (13), the group's name is derived from the French "Lien éternel," translates to "eternal bond," signifying their aspiration to connect deeply with both members and fans. Making their inaugural appearance in EBiDAN THE PARADE 2023 SPRING on April 29, 2023, Lienel made their debut the next day with the single "LOVE Communicationâ followed by single "Love Me Madly" on July 26, with debut album, kimito, released on November 1, 2023 reaching number 4 on streaming charts.
