Biography
Before becoming a professional singer, KZ Tandingan gained a degree in biology from the University of Southeastern Philippines. She also made music as part of an acoustic group before auditioning for the first series of 'X-Factor Philippines' and getting through to the final, emerging victorious in 2012. Following her win she recorded and released her first album 'KZ Tandingan' in 2013. She also toured the United States that year. In between releasing her first album and her second in 2017 she has appeared in several other television talent competitions both as solo artist and as a member of the all-female band DIVA which she joined in 2016.
