kwacamolee (과카몰리) is a South Korean three-member band consisting of Kwak Minju (vocals, second guitar), Lee Hoon (first guitar), and Kim Sujeong (bass). The band name was created by combining the membersâ names. Drawing inspiration from Black music, kwacamolee blends Soul, Jazz, Rock, R&B, Funk, and Gospel elements to create a genre-crossing sound with expressive vocals and rhythmic arrangements. Their debut EP The Axis explores the narrative of relationships, portraying the emotional transformation from attraction and affection to dependence and obsession. Through Soul-based harmonies, grooves, and modern interpretations of Black music traditions, kwacamolee presents its own distinctive musical identity. The EP The Axis was released on July 23, 2026 and includes the representative track "Waves".
