Biography
Born in 1989, Kpoint spent his youth in Ris-Orangis in the Essonne department. An accomplished musician, Kpoint learned to play guitar and piano by listening to Jimi Hendrix and The Beatles before turning to rap. Moving on to urban music, Kpoint, like many of his contemporaries, began posting his street clips on social networks. In 2017, his reputation took a big leap forward with the release of the album Trap 'n' Roll , whose title hides nothing of his influences. With Ninho, Kpoint scored his first hit in 2018 with the song "Ma 6T a craqué", a clever take on the title of the famous 1997 film. This character, whose originality is not the least of his qualities, releases the album Temps Additionnel in 2019, followed by NDRX in 2020. After a few collaborations but no solo releases for 4 years, in 2024 he released the urban pop EP Shottas, accompanied by live versions of some of the project's extracts.
