Jean Paul Koning, also known as Jean Koning, born April 19, 1976, in Zaandam, Netherlands, was a musician and Dutch actor. In the early 1990s, Jean Paul Koning began his music career as part of the industrial avant-punk band !JP. He later shifted to New York City for a solo career, signing with Coffee&CheeseCake Records in 2009. His debut solo album, Man Enough To Be A Woman, was released on Eden Records in 2010, followed by Wake Up in L.A. in 2011 and Industrial City In The Clouds in 2013. Jean Paul Koning's music spanned various genres, including experimental, jazz, and rock. Notable albums include thelotustape (2014), Carbon Copy (2016), and Lingo: Life Legend Lost (2018).
