Claudio Patricio Valdés Vázquez, known as Claudio Valdés "El Gitano," was a Chilean singer born on May 23, 1992, in Talca, Chile. He grew up in Los Ãngeles, Región del BiobÃo, and began his musical journey by performing in public transportation to earn money. His breakthrough came in 2010 when he participated in the first season of Talento Chileno, where his performance garnered significant attention. Following this, he released his debut album, Por Ustedes, in 2011, under Feria Music Records. The album included notable singles such as "Ya No Aguanto Más" and "Nuestro Momento," which reached number 16 in the top 100 of Chile. His second album, Una Estrella en la Oscuridad, was released in 2013 under Plaza Independencia. Valdés continued to release music until his untimely death on July 25, 2021, in a traffic accident.
