Nilo Froelich, born and raised in the western zone of São Paulo, transitioned from a promising football career to music, carving out a unique space in Brazilâs music scene. Having played for teams like Audax, São Pauloâs Sub-13, and Palmeirasâ Sub-15, his football journey ended in 2020 with the onset of the pandemic. That same year, Nilo fully embraced music, composing over 100 songs inspired by his personal experiences, from love and passion to friendship and lifeâs everyday moments. Initially gaining recognition on social media by covering artists like Livinho and MC Niack, Nilo showcased his versatility and authenticity, quickly building a loyal following. He made his official debut in 2022 with the single "Sorrisin de Puto" (2022), followed by other popular tracks such as "Noite de Princesa" (2023), and "Qual Foi BB?" (2023) with Menor MC. The latter was included in his debut album, 2024's (EX)POSTO, featuring contributions from MC Ryan SP and CJota. That year, Nilo also released the funk track "Fui Mlk" alongside DJ Di Marques, Mc Paiva ZS, and FamousKyo.
