Biography

JMPZ, a French dub, rock, and industrial music group from Mâcon, Saône-et-Loire, formed in 1996 and consisted of two bassists, a drummer, and a didjeridoo player. In 2001, JMPZ published their first studio album Cyclothymique, followed by Subsonic in 2004. After lineup changes, they released Sound Asylum in 2008, featuring a collaboration with Reuno from Lofofora and the track "My World" with vocals by Charles Manson. JMPZ embarked on a farewell tour in 2012, concluding with their final concert on March 3 at La Cave à Musique in Mâcon.
