Jay Lam Kar Wai (born October 28, 1983), also known by her original name Lam Kar Wai, is a Hong Kong singer and vocal coach. She gained wider public recognition after placing eighth in the first season of TVB's singing competition Midlife, Sing & Shine! in 2022 and subsequently signed with TVB as a contracted artist in 2023. Known in local media as the "Hong Kong Han Hong" for her powerful vocals, Lam has won numerous awards in Hong Kong singing contests over the years. In 2016, she represented Hong Kong as one of the top ten finalists in King Maker. She went on to claim third place in the Hong Kong-Macau regional auditions for Sing! China in 2018 and reached the global top 12 in the Cantonese-language contest Voice of Cantonese the same year. In 2023, she represented Hong Kong in the Greater Bay Area’s Voices of the Bay youth pop competition. Beyond competitions, Lam has released her debut Cantonese album 拓荒者. In 2019, she also recorded the Cantonese version of “Circle of Life” for Disney’s The Lion King. In March 2025, she released the single "做自己的光".
