ã©ã (1987) and ãããã (1989). The band collaborated with various international artists such as Mute Beat, John Zorn, and Mahotella Queens. Tragically, Edo Akemi died in an accident on January 27, 1990, leading to the band's disbandment shortly after. Despite their dissolution, Jagatara's influence endured through annual tribute concerts at Shinjuku loft venue. The band reunited as Jagatara2020 in January 2020, releasing the single "Nijiiro Fanfare".
