Ingrid Bjørnov, born on December 5, 1963, is a Norwegian singer, songwriter, composer, text writer, and pianist. Her early career began with the duo Dollie, which she formed with Benedicte Adrian. Their debut album Første Akt was released in 1980 and won the prestigious Spellemannprisen award. The duo also represented Norway in the Eurovision Song Contest 1984. Bjørnov's career expanded to include musicals such as Which Witch, which premiered in 1987, and Markus og Julie in 2007. She has authored books including Ingrid Bjørnovs pianobok (2005) and Lakse-enka â nødskrik fra en tørrflue (2007). Her notable achievements include the Leonard Statuette award in 2013.
