Inessa Lee is a pop and dance singer-songwriter who rose to fame after her appearance on American Idol in 2011, where she was the standout contestant from San Francisco. That same year, her track "Insane in F#" was featured in the Lifetime film Cheyenne, and she co-wrote "You Turn Me On"(2011), which earned award nominations and was later used in multiple CBS TV show promotions. In 2012, she released "Gimme All (Ring My Bell)", a modern take on Anita Wardâs disco classic, which charted in both the UK and the U.S., and was tied to a mobile game called Be.X. Under the alias Liza Fox, she released "Dynamite" in 2014, which gained attention across European charts. Her 2015 album I Am Not I received critical praise and charted on Billboard and ReverbNation. After a musical hiatus, Lee returned in 2023 with the EDM single "Coffee Face", which reached number 1 in Luxembourg. In 2025, she followed up with "Love Gun", which hit number 10 on the streaming service in Japan chart and gained viral momentum through a social media dance flash mob called âLove Gun for Peace,â promoting anti-war and anti-cyberbullying messages.
