IMSEMO (ìì¸ëª¨), born Im Se-hee (ìì¸í¬) on 15 June 1995, is a South Korean singer-songwriter. She debuted in 2018 with the single "I Wish the World Would End (ì§êµ¬ë©¸ë§ì´ ì¢ê² ë¤)" and has since become known for her distinctive style, pairing bright, playful melodies with introspective and often cynical lyrics. Drawing on folk, indie pop, and blues influences, she creates songs that blend childlike charm with thoughtful storytelling, exploring themes of youth, anxiety, love, and everyday life. Following her debut, she released the EPs Take Care (2022) and So What? (2023), as well as the single "Too Lazy" and the album OVER in 2026, continuing to refine her unique artistic voice. Her stage name, IMSEMO, combines her surname and given name with the Korean word mwo("something"), reflecting the playful spirit that runs through her music.
