Biography

Ivana Kindl, born on January 18, 1978, in Požega, Croatia, is a Croatian singer known for her contributions to Contemporary R&B. Before her solo career, Kindl sang with the band Funky Towns from 2000 to 2002. Her breakthrough came in 2002 when she was discovered by the group XL. In 2003, Kindl participated in the Dora, the Croatian selection for the Eurovision Song Contest, with "Ti mi daješ Snagu" ("You give me strength"). She released her debut album Moj Svijet ("My World") in 2004 and followed it up with Gospel u komediji in 2008. Kindl's third studio album, Osjećaj ("Feeling"), was released in October 2006 and topped the Croatian charts for several weeks. In 2010, she released her fourth studio album, Promjenjiva ("Variable"). She also participated in the television show "Zvijezde Pjevaju" (the Croatian version of "Just the two of us"), winning the second season in 2008.
