黄奕斌 also known as Hugo Wong Yik Bun, is a Hong Kong singer and actor. He was born on January 13, 2000, and his original name was 黄熙弘. In 2021, he participated in the TVB singing competition show 声梦传奇 and became one of the last nine contestants before being managed by both TVB and Star Dream Entertainment under their label Love the Bomb Music. Wong was born in Hong Kong but attended high school in Nanjing and Singapore. In 2019, he scored 82 points as a Hong Kong, Macao, or Taiwanese applicant, ranking first in his admission to the Central Academy of Drama in Beijing. However, he delayed his graduation for a year to return to Hong Kong and participate in 声梦传奇 hosted by TVB. Before that, Wong took part in Hunan TV's 快乐男声 competition in 2017. He was eliminated from the 声梦传奇 competition in the eleventh episode of its first season in June 2021 but still managed to perform at four concerts called 声·梦飞行 First Live On Stage with other mentors and contestants. Later that year, Wong filmed the TVB youth music drama 青春本我, and co-starred in the online series 无相之城. In June 2023, Wong officially graduated from the Central Academy of Drama in Beijing after completing his graduation performance. In August of the same year, he was selected as one of the 65 trainees for the large-scale talent show 亚洲超星团 in which he finished eighth in March 2024 and became a member of the male group LOONG 9. In April 2024, he debuted as a soloist with the single "currenT".
