Biography
The shadowy Swedish electronic music duo known as Hooja hail from Gällivare and is composed of characters Hooja and DJ MÃ¥rdhund, whose real identities are unknown. The pair sing in Swedish, often making use of Norbottnian or Finnish dialect, and launched their career in 2022 with the playful summery dance track "Banaan Meloen Kiwi & Citroen," which went to number five in Sweden and introduced Hooja's humour-spiced brand of catchy dance-pop. A Swedish summer tour followed that year while a steady stream of singles continued to light up the Swedish charts, including follow-up "Livet pÃ¥ en pinne," which went to number nine, "Mer & Mer," which went to number three, and "När radion dÃ¥nar," which also went to number nine. 2023 saw the release of singles "Dit älven gÃ¥r," "KOMMER DU IHÃ
