Biography

Get Set Go, an American musical group from Highland Park, Los Angeles, was formed in 2002 by Michael Torres and Patrick Flores. They released their debut album So You've Ruined Your Life in 2003. The band gained traction when some of their songs were featured on Grey's Anatomy, such as "Wait." Following this breakthrough, Get Set Go released several albums including Ordinary World, Selling Out and Going Home, and Sunshine, Joy, and Happiness: A Tragic Tale of Death, Despair, and Other Silly Nonsense. . In 2011, the band established their own label, Square Tire Music, an notable releases during this period include Fury of Your Lonely Heart and tumors. In 2014, Torres transformed Get Set Go into a solo project after moving to Austin, Texas.
