Fother Muckers, a Chilean rock band from Santiago, was formed in 2005 by Cristóbal Briceño and Simón Sánchez. They met at the Universidad Católica and began performing together, eventually forming Fother Muckers with Héctor Muñoz on guitar and MartÃn del Real on drums. Their first EP, Fother Muckers, released in 2006, marked their initial breakthrough. In 2007, they released their debut album No Soy Uno, produced by Alex Anwandter of Teleradio Donoso, which included the notable track "Fuerza Y Fortuna." The band gained significant traction with subsequent albums such as Justo y Necesario (2008) and Si no tienes nada que decir entonces calla (2009). In 2010, they released El Paisaje Salvaje. Fother Muckers announced their supposed disbandment in April 2011 following a performance at Lollapalooza Chile. The band reunited and resumed their performances in May 2022.
