Forfun was a Brazilian alternative rock group formed in Rio de Janeiro in 2001. The band's initial lineup included vocalist/guitarist Danilo Cutrim, bassist VÃtor Isensee, and drummer Bruno Tizé, who was replaced by Nicholas Christ in 2002. Forfun gained traction with their early works, Das Pistas de Skate à s Pistas de Dança (2003) and Teoria Dinâmica Gastativa (2005). The band achieved further prominence with the release of Polisenso (2008) and Alegria Compartilhada (2011). Forfun received multiple nominations for the MTV Video Music Brazil award between 2006 and 2012. In 2013, they released Ao Vivo no Circo Voador, featuring guest appearances by Dibob, Toni Garrido of Cidade Negra, and Rodrigo Lima of Dead Fish. They released Nu in 2014, before announcing their disbandment in 2015 due to ideological differences within the group. In 2022, they released the DVD Forfun ao Vivo na Fundição, which was originally recorded in December 2015 at the last show of their farewell tour. The band reunited for shows in São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro in 2024.
